  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml) low fat
  • bananas - 1
  • oats - 1 tbsp fine
  • flax - 1 tbsp ground
  • plant protein - 1 measurement spoon, raw
  • sweetener - optional

How to make

Pour 1/2 the milk in the blender bowl.

Add the peeled and sliced banana, 1 tbsp fine oats, flax ground to powder, protein powder and optionally - liquid sweetener.

Beat to a homogeneous mixture, add the remaining milk and leave for 10 min. for the oats to soften a bit. Stir, pour into a glass and drink in the morning at breakfast.

Make it 3 times a week. If combined with a low-carb diet you can lose several pounds.
