How to make
Smear the cake form with part of the butter, melt the rest.
Lay out the phyllo pastry sheets on the counter, sprinkle each sheet separately with crumbled feta cheese, start folding it up until you've made a harmonica and arrange in a circle in the form.
Beat the eggs in a bowl very well, add the melted butter, carbonated water, stir and pour this mixture over the phyllo pastry in the form.
Shake the form well and put to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven about 40-45 min.
