In a mortar, grind the pepper, allspice , garlic and salt. In a porcelain container, mix the lemon juice, tomato paste, olive oil and mustard.
Smear the resulting marinade onto the steaks and then let them sit for about an hour - hour and a half before cooking.
You can mix the remainder of this marinade with the fat from the fried steaks, then add a pinch of toasted flour that you've diluted in a little warm water and boil the resulting mixture on the stove.
Season it with a little cream and sugar, and I assure you that you will get an excellent sauce for steaks.
