How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. The sausages are cut into slices that are not too thick, and the onions - in crescents.
Transfer to a greased dish and the tomato juice, spices and oil are added. Mix well.
Place the lid on and the dish is placed in a cold oven. Bake for about 40 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
When the potatoes are ready, top with eggs and the food is put back in the oven until the whites are firm.
Finish baking uncovered. The dish will suffice for 3 to 4 servings.
