How to make
Cut the carrot into rings and julienne the onions. Stew in a pan with oil and 4/5 cup (200 ml) hot water.
Add the spices (except parsley), grated tomatoes and add another 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) hot water. Rinse the rice and add it in. Let the dish simmer for about 25 minutes and then put in the the sliced into circles sausages.
Thicken with flour, mixed with a little water. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
