Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • broccoli - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • ginger - 1 tablespoon grated
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • soy sauce - 5 tablespoons
  • water - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • oil - or olive oil for frying
  • nuts - mix (pine nuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, etc.)
  • rice - 1 cup for garnish

How to make

First, braise the chicken fillet in a pan. Remove from the pan and in its place put the mushrooms and broccoli. Take them out too and combine with the chicken.
