How to make
Grate the rind of the lemons and squeeze the juice. Coat chicken inside with grated lemon peel and pour lemon juice on it. Place chicken in a non-metallic container, cover it with a lid and leave it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, place in a pan for baking, pour it with the butter and oil, add 1/2 cups water and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated to 430°F (220°C) oven.
Reduce oven to 360°F (180 °C) and bake for about 35 minutes. In a bowl, combine yogurt, eggs, 5 tbsp water and beat well.
Pour chicken over with this mixture and bake for 15 more minutes or until the sauce thickens.
