Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/3 cup
  • yoghurt - 3 tbsp
  • flour - 2 cups
  • cocoa - 4 tablespoons
  • baking powder - 1
  • SYRUP
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • cocoa - 4 tablespoons
  • CREAM mixture
  • cream - 1, vanilla, without boiling
  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)

How to make

Beat all of the products for the layer using a mixer. Transfer the mixture to a greased and floured rectangular tray. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) about 20-25 min.

Mix together the water, sugar and cocoa, boil the syrup. Cut the cooled layer into separate pastries and syrup them.

Leave for 10-15 min. for them to take in the syrup. Spray the cream mixture on top; make it by beating the cream with the milk.

Decorate with streaks of melted chocolate or sprinkle cocoa.
