How to make
Cut the chicken down its spine and remove it. Tenderize the meat lightly, sprinkle with black pepper, rub with garlic and salt, then put it in a tray with preheated oil.
Put a lid on top and press it down with a weight.
Bake the chicken on both sides for 20-30 minutes, until a nice tan appears.
Serve the chicken with boiled potatoes, chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
