How to make
Stir the baking soda with the yoghurt. Beat the eggs and add the yoghurt mixture to them. Stir well with the flour so it's not so runny and add a pinch of salt.
Cut the bread slices into halves but if they're square, you don't have to cut them. Dip each individually in the mixture and then fry.
Serve them warm with your choice of feta cheese, jam, honey or powdered sugar.
