How to make
Wash the veal, cut it into pieces, sprinkle with black pepper and pour on 8 1/3 cups (2 L) water. Boil for 30 min., take the meat out and strain the broth.
Put the broth to come to a boil again and add the cleaned and chopped vegetables, excluding the tomatoes.
Return the meat to it, add salt, oil, pour in more water if needed and boil until the veggies and meat are cooked.
Add the grated tomatoes and chopped fresh parsley. Boil a few more min. Serve with ground black pepper and lemon juice.
