How to make
Boil the chicken meat. Debone it and strain the broth.
Chop the onions finely and put them in the broth to boil a bit. Add the carrots, peppers and potatoes, cut into small pieces.
Boil until the veggies soften.
Add the chicken meat and peeled and finely chopped tomato.
Boil 5-10 min. Add the vermicelli and boil another 5 min. Season with salt, black pepper and finely chopped parsley.
