How to make
Wash and peel the tomatoes, remove their stems.
Chop them coarsely and put them in a large container. Add salt to taste and a little sugar if they're sour.
Chop the parsley coarsely and add it, stir well and fill the jars.
Boil about 20 min. after boiling point. It's an ideal salad for winter with chopped onions and oil.
