  • couscous - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • water - 12 1/2 cups (3 L)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • sugar - 5 tablespoons
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)

How to make

Put the water in a pot and heat it on the stove. Leave to boil and add 1 pinch salt and the couscous.

Stir and leave the couscous to boil about 10 min. Take off from the stove and drain.

Put the butter in a pan and melt it on the stove.

Distribute the couscous into plates, pour a little butter in each, sprinkle with 1 tbsp sugar and crumbled feta cheese.
