"Terrible donuts - you promise yourself to only eat 1 or 2 and they somehow jump into your mouth."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • cottage cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • milk - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • flour - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • baking powder - 1 pc.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • oil - for frying
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add the salt, milk, flour, baking powder and cottage cheese. Mix well.

Scoop from the mixture with a spoon and fry the donuts in hot oil until they aquire a golden color.

Take them out and place them onto kitchen paper to absorb the fat.

Serve the donuts sprinkled with powdered sugar.
