How to make
Beat the eggs well with the salt. Add the yoghurt with baking soda after it bubbles. Add the oil. Add the flour and beat well.
Then, while stirring slowly, add the crumbled feta cheese. Take 2 sheets and smear them with the eggs, yoghurt and feta. Wrap into a roll and arrange in a spiral in an oiled tray.
Repeat this process for the other 2 sheets - smear with mixture, wrap into a roll and arrange. If there's any mixture left, distribute it over the phyllo pastry evenly.
Distribute pieces of butter evenly on top and bake at 370°F (190 °C) for about 40 min. to a golden color.
