  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • water - 5 tbsp
  • coconut flakes - 1 cup
  • almonds - 1 cup, ground
  • biscuits - 1 cup, ground, butter

How to make

Pour the milk in a pot and put it on the stove to boil.

Dissolve the 3 puddings with the sugar in the water. Once the milk reaches boiling point, pour in the mixture with the puddings and stir until thickened.

Once the cream is ready, add the butter to it and beat with a mixer for about 5 min. Leave the cream to rest a bit and divide it into 3 equal parts.

Pour the ground biscuits into the 1st part, the ground almonds in the 2nd and the coconut flakes in the 3rd.

Pour the mixture with the biscuits in a form with removable sides and even it out. On top, pour the mixture with almonds and even out as well. Finally pour in the coconut mixture, even it out and put the cake in the fridge to harden.
