  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • spice mix - to taste

How to make

Peel the potatoes and mash them. Mix them with the crumbled feta cheese and spice mix.

Put the mixture in an oiled oven dish. Beat the eggs. Smooth out the mixture and pour the eggs over it. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
