How to make
Thaw the fish, clean it and sprinkle with salt. Leave it to take in the salt.
Beat the eggs. Dip each piece in eggs, then in flour and in eggs again.
Lay out a sheet of baking paper in a tray, sprinkle with oil and arrange the fish pieces.
Bake the fish until golden. Sprinkle with ground black pepper. Serve with a suitable salad or garnish.
