How to make
Season the hake fillets with salt and black pepper. Roll them in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and egg again and fry them in preheated oil. Arrange them in a greased oven dish.
Mix the cream with the chopped garlic, spices to taste and white wine. Pour this sauce over the fried hakes, sprinkle them with a little grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes in a heated oven.
