  • flour - as much as it absorbs
measures

How to make

Put the yeast, sugar and a few teaspoons of flour in the warm water, wait 10 min. for it to bubble. Pour 2 cups flour out to make a well. In it, pour the salt, oil, effervescent yeast and the beer.

Start stirring with a fork and gradually add more flour until it becomes difficult to stir. Now you can start kneading. You're going to get a wonderful, soft and aromatic dough. It needs to be as soft as the soft part of your ear.

Once you've kneaded it well, place it in a suitable container and cover it to prevent drying. Once doubled in volume, put baking paper in a tray, shape buns from the dough and arrange them in the tray. Or make 1 large loaf of bread, improvise any way you like. Feel free to use your imagination.

Leave the buns to rest another 15 min., in the meantime turn the oven up to 300°F (150 °C) to heat up, make a cross-cut on each bun with a sharp knife and put them in the oven. Turn it up to 360°F (180 °C) and bake until reddened.

Be sure to put a bowl of water in the corner of the oven to evaporate while your buns are baking. After you take them out, don't cover them with anything or sprinkle them with water. That way they'll remain crunchy on the outside and soft inside. This recipe was made to impress - it's fantastic!

Bon appetit!
