How to make
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the oil, sugar and honey. Stir and add the flour, sifted with the cinnamon and baking soda.
Knead a soft dough that doesn't stick.
Divide up the dough into balls and roll them out into sheets. Cut out circles using a small glass.
Arrange the circles in a tray laid out with baking paper.
Bake briefly in a preheated oven - until slightly browned.
Take the baked gingerbread treats out and let them cool.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a container in a water bath.
Dip the gingerbread treats in the chocolate and sprinkle them with coconut flakes.
