How to make
The eggs and sugar are beaten and the melted butter and vanilla are added. Mix everything. Add flour, until a nice soft dough is obtained. It is transferred into a bag and it is left in the refrigerator.
Small balls are formed from the cooled dough, they are placed in the greased molds and pressed against the walls.
The baskets are baked at 340°F (170°C), by being careful not to burn them. They are removed when they aquire a golden color.
Cream: The compote juice and sugar are boiled.
Set the mixture aside and add the butter and the mixed dry milk and cocoa. Gently place back onto the stove and stir.
Fill the baskets with the chocolate cream and decorate them as you like.
The chocolate baskets are ready.
