How to make
For the baskets:
Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the remaining products and mix well, until a thick mixture is obtained.
Distribute the mixture on the walls of muffin tins.
Bake the baskets in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for approximately 15 minutes.
During this time, prepare the strawberry cream.
For it, pour the gelatin into a cup of water and leave it to swell.
Blend the strawberries.
Add the other gelatin-free products to them and mix well.
When the gelatin has swollen, dissolve it in a water bath, add it to the mixture and stir.
Distribute the cream in the baskets and leave them in the refrigerator for a few hours, so that the fruit cream can harden.
If you add liquid sweetener in the baskets, add more oatmeal!
