How to make
Melt the honey in a water bath. If the honey is liquid, you can skip this procedure.
In a non-stick pan, toast the oats for 3-4 minutes.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
Combine the toasted oats with the honey and mix. Add half of the chocolate. The heat from the nuts and honey will also melt the chocolate.
Allow the mixture to cool for 3-4 minutes. Add the dried cranberries, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and the remaining chocolate to it.
Mix everything and pour the mixture into a rectangular baking pan lined with baking paper.
Place another sheet of paper on top and press firmly with your hands to spread it out evenly.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut it into desired pieces.
Store the finished bars in a box in the fridge, with baking paper between them so they don't stick to each other.
Prepared in this way, they can last a long time and you will always have something sweet and at the same time a healthy chocolate temptation on hand.
