How to make
Grab a large saucepan and add the sugar, flour, vanilla and cocoa powder in it.
Stir them to mix them well and then start topping it up with the milk.
Add the milk gradually, while stirring constantly. Turn the hob on low heat and stir until the mixture is smooth enough.
Be careful, so it doesn't form lumps and then add the butter.
Once the homemade chocolate is ready, remove it from the heat and pour it into dessert bowls.
You can also store it in a large bowl with a lid or in jars.
The homemade chocolate with milk is extremely suitable for cake cream, as a garnish for pancakes or for making chocolate mousses and desserts.
