  • macaroni - 2/3 of the packet
  • ham - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • mushrooms - about 3 - 4, large
  • cheese
  • cooking cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • broth - mushroom or vegetable
  • spices - of your choice

How to make

Set aside 2/3 of the macaroni from the packet and boil them in salted water but take off 3-4 min. from the listed boiling time, then leave them in the water.

Start preparing the products, chop the ham and mushrooms as desired. Prepare a tray, smear it with oil or melted butter, mix together the drained macaroni with the ham and mushrooms and pour them into the tray.

Next it's time for the cream (can add spices of your choice to it). Pour it evenly over the macaroni in the tray. For an even better taste, dissolve a vegetable or mushroom broth cube in warm water and pour it over the macaroni.

Bake in a moderate oven about 30 min., grate cheese on top and bake a final 5 min.
