How to make
Wash the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
Arrange the bell peppers in a tray, pour 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt and 2 cloves garlic into each.
Add 3 black pepper and 1 allspice grains in each.
Bake until the bell peppers soften and arrange them in heated, clean, dry jars.
Pack them in well and close with caps, invert immediately.
