How to make
Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast, sugar and 2-3 tbsp flour in it. Stir and cover with a towel to activate the yeast.
Sift the flour and make a well in it, pour the ready yeast in it, add the salt, oil and eggs. Set aside 1 yolk for smearing.
Knead a soft dough and cover it with a towel until doubled in volume.
Roll out the risen dough into a rectangular 14″ (35 cm) sheet. Smear it with the melted butter and sprinkle on the coarsely grated cheese.
Wrap it into a roll and cut it into 8-10 pieces. Arrange the stumps in a tray covered with baking paper and put in a 120°F (50 °C) oven to rise.
Once ready, smear with the beaten yolk and bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven with the fan on for about 30 min. Bon appetit. :)
