How to make
Braise the finely chopped onions, add the mince and then the rice in a few min.
Leave it to braise and pour in 1 cup water, then add the spices. Sprinkle the filling with parsley.
Clean the peppers of their stems and seeds and stuff them with the filling, arrange in a tray, pour in a little water, bake until ready. Optionally, serve with yoghurt.
