How to make
To the sifted flour, pour in the yoghurt which you've beaten with the baking soda, the egg, sugar, salt, crumbled feta cheese.
Knead a medium-soft dough from these ingredients and leave it to rest for 10 min.
Then roll it out into a rectangle and cut it into squares. Fry them in heated oil on medium heat to a nice golden color.
Serve with jam or yoghurt.
