How to make
Take a nice piece of pork, wash it and dry it. Cut the bacon, garlic and carrot into small pieces.
Make cuts with a sharp knife in the upper part of the meat, then put bacon, garlic and carrot pieces in them. Push them in carefully after you've placed them.
Mix together the mustard and soy sauce in a separate bowl. Smear the spiked meat well with the resulting mixture.
Put the meat in the container you'll be baking. Pour on the oil. Season with black pepper and oil, then pour on the white wine and water.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 430°F (220 °C) oven about 40 min. Then lower it to 360°F (180 °C) and bake another 30-40 min.
