  • zucchini - 5
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • sauce
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  • green garlic - 1 bunch
  • parsley
  • dill

How to make

Cut the zucchini into slices lengthwise and salt them.

Dip each slice in flour and fry in heated oil, drain onto paper towels.

Mix the yoghurt with the mayonnaise, finely chopped garlic, dill and parsley.
