Boil the potatoes and carrots. Peel the potatoes, cut them and the carrots into slices. Shred the feta cheese and mix it with the corn, cream, butter, potatoes and carrots.
For the sauce - mix the milk, dill, garlic and mayonnaise. Put the dish (without the sauce) in the oven at 390°F (200 °C) - for 20 minutes. When you remove the dish, sprinkle it with grated cheese.
Cut it into squares and pour the sauce on the side.
