How to make
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add the sugar and 1-2 tbsp flour. Leave the mixture to bubble. Sift about 2 1/2 cups (600 g) of flour (or more if needed), make a well.
Pour the mixture into the well and add the eggs, salt and oil. Stir, then gradually begin to knead. Knead a soft dough.
Cover with foil and leave in a warm area to double in volume. Heat up the oil. Tear 12-13 balls from the dough and stretch them out to form fritters.
Fry in the oil on both sides until golden. Serve with ayran and your favorite jam or feta cheese.
