How to make
Heat the milk, add the sugar, crumbled yeast and 3 to 4 tablespoons flour.
Leave it for 15 min. for the yeast to activate, then add the rest of the products to the mixture. Knead a soft dough, cover with a towel and leave it to rise for about an hour.
Divide the dough up into 2 parts, roll out each one into a rectangle 1/8 thick. Cut it into triangles, while putting a little crumbled feta cheese in the middle of each.
Roll them up into scones. Arrange them all together in an oven dish 11 3/4″ (30 cm) in diameter. Cover the pita and leave it to arise in a warm area. Once it does, smear it with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 340°F (170°C) oven.
