How to make
For the dough, pour the warm milk into a bowl. Add the crumbled yeast and sugar. Sprinkle with flour, stir and leave to effervesce. Sift the flour with the salt. Make a well and pour the yeast into it. Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and oil. Add them to the flour and knead a soft and stretchy dough.
Leave it to rise until doubled in volume. Divide the dough into 10 parts. Slightly flatten 6 of them, smear with oil and put feta cheese on top. Shape them into elongated pieces. Arrange them in a buttered tray (see photos).
Roll out 3 of them slightly into rectangular sheets and smear them with oil. Sprinkle with feta. Wrap them into rolls and make cross cuts along the middle (see photo).
Arrange them between the other balls of dough. Place the last dough part in the very middle. Leave to rise and smear the whole thing with egg beaten with the milk. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) about 40 min.
