  • chicken livers - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 2 - 3
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • salt - to taste

  • yoghurt - 1 tbsp

How to make

Wash the chicken livers and clean them well. Heat a little oil in a pot and put them in it for 3-4 min. until they whiten. Take them out with a slotted spoon and drain, then cut each in 2.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with a little salt, black pepper, the flour and yoghurt to obtain a thick mixture. Dip each chicken liver piece in it and fry in the heated oil.

Take them out onto paper towels to soak up the oil. Serve with a fresh salad of cucumbers. Enjoy!
