How to make
Mix 3 eggs with the mince and dry spices in a bowl. Once the mixture is kneaded well, lay it out onto an oiled oven dish like a cake layer.
Smear the tomato paste evenly over the mince. Cut the toasted peppers and champignons into strips. Arrange them over the tomato paste.
Break the remaining 4 eggs over the pizza. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake the pizza in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 15 min.
Once it's almost ready, take it out and arrange thin slices of cheese on top, then return to the oven for 5 min.
