How to make
Put the pine nuts in a blender to turn them to powder. Blend briefly, to keep some of the larger pieces.
Add the egg, yoghurt, banana, sweetener or sugar, baking powder and the baking soda with vinegar.
Turn the blender on for 1 min. and your mixture is ready. Grease your muffin forms and distribute the mixture into them.
Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 30-35 min.
