  • mayonnaise - 1 small jar
  • mustard - 3 tsp
  • yoghurt - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - to taste (powdered or cloves)
  • marjoram
  • salt
  • black pepper - optional
  • oil - or pork lard, for frying

How to make

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into sticks or thick strips.

Heat the oil or pork lard and fry the potatoes until reddened.

In a bowl, pour the mayonnaise, mustard, pressed garlic, spices and stir very well.
