"French fries like any other but with this tasty sauce they`re simply irresistible."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 cup (250 ml) jar, preserved
  • oil - 3 tablespoons + some for frying
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • savory - 2 pinches

How to make

Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks. Fry them in oil until tender, then salt them and smother in a glass bowl. Heat the oil in a pot and add the mashed tomatoes.

Boil until the sauce thickens slightly and flavor it with the spices. Serve 2 servings of fries, coated with the sauce.
