How to make
Peel the potatoes, wash and finely chop them. Season them with salt and stir them, so that they can absorb the salt on all sides.
Mash the cleaned garlic cloves. Heat the oil in a saucepan or pan and fry the potatoes in it. After a minute, add the garlic.
Fry the potatoes on a high heat. When they are ready, strain the excess fat and remove the garlic. Add the white wine and cream in the pan. Season with black pepper, salt and thyme.
Cook the garlic sauce for the potatoes for about five minutes.
Serve the warm garlic potatoes in this cream sauce.
