"We`re big fans of parfaits, especially when they`re so easy to make."

Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • sugar - to taste
  • compote - 1, peach
  • gelatin - 2 tbsp
  • walnuts - 1/2 cup

How to make

Strain the yoghurt in a gauze for 1 day. Mix the gelatin with 1 tbsp (15 ml) water for about 15 min. until it swells.

Drain the compote juice into a bowl, cut the fruits into pieces and to them add the chopped walnuts and strained yoghurt.

To the heated compote juice, add the gelatin. Once it cools, add it to the other mixture.

Stir well and pour it into a cake or other suitable form, then put it in the fridge to gel. Invert it and decorate with walnuts.
