How to make
Peel the potatoes, chop and boil them. Strain them and put them in another container.
To the boiled potatoes, add the feta cheese, grated onions, 1 egg and the spices (1 pinch of each). Mix everything.
Put enough flour for rolling in another plate. Beat the remaining eggs in a separate bowl or plate.
Prepare your pan with the oil - it needs to cover the bottom because during frying they absorb oil.
Take a handful of the mixture and form it into a meatball, roll it in flour first, then in the eggs.
Fry until they turn golden.
They turn out extremely delicious!
