How to make
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them lengthwise. Put them in a glass cook pot, season with salt, paprika, savory and oil.
Pour in warm water and put them in a preheated oven.
Bake until the potatoes redden and add the sausage. Bake it on both sides.
The dish owes its aroma mainly to the paprika and savory, not so much the sausage.
