Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • baking powder - 1
  • salt - 1 pinch

  • sour cream - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • sausages - 6.5 oz (180 g), ham, lard salami

How to make

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and beat the whites to foam with a pinch of salt in a metal container.

Separately, beat the yolks with the sour cream and add the mixed flour and baking powder which you've sifted beforehand. Also add the beaten egg whites and stir carefully with a spatula until homogeneous.

Distribute the mixture evenly over a square oven dish with baking paper. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 20 min.

Invert the baked cake layer onto a clean, wet towel, remove the baking paper and roll it up with the towel. Leave it as is for 10 min.

In the meantime, chop the sausage finely and grate the feta cheese on a grater. In a bowl, mix the feta cheese with the cream and chopped sausages, stir to combine all the ingredients.

Unroll the roll and smear it with the mixture, distribute it evenly over the layer, roll it back up tightly. Wrap the roll with the towel and put it in the fridge to harden.

Cut it into slices of the desired size right before serving.
