How to make
Mix the cream cheese with the milk and blend briefly. Bake the bacon on a grill or grill pan.
Arrange the bread slices onto plastic wrap, overlapping them slightly. Roll out with a rolling pin to obtain a thin layer. Smear generously with the cream cheese mixture but set aside part of it.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the smeared layer but set aside part of it too. Chop the bacon finely and distribute it over the cheese.
Using the plastic wrap, roll it up starting from the narrow part. Wrap it well and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Take the roll out and remove the plastic wrap. Smear the entire roll with the set aside cream cheese and sprinkle the remaining cheese. Place the roll in a tray laid out with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 30 min. or to a nice crisp.
