  • water - 1 cup, cool
  • oil - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 cups or as much as it absorbs
  • dry yeast - 1 1/3 tsp (7 g)
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Start to mix all the ingredients, without the yeast. In the middle of the mixing process, add a walnut-sized bunch of yeast, which you've dissolved in 1/2 cup cool water + 1/2 tsp baking powder.

Knead a soft dough.
