How to make
In oil and 1/2 cup water, saute the dock (or spinach) and 1 tbsp grated onions, black pepper and salt.
Once they're left in mostly just oil, add 1 tbsp butter, 1 pinch paprika, the washed rice and spearmint to taste.
Transfer to a small oven dish and pour in 2 1/2 cups water. Put it to bake in a 390°F (200 °C) oven and once the rice absorbs the liquid, pour on the beaten eggs, yoghurt, flour and salt and bake to a golden crust.
